The book is in very good condition, looks and feels new, with a tiny remainder dot at bottom edge, sound text block, good hinges, handwritten note on front pastedown, pages otherwise clean and unmarked. The mylar protected dustjacket is not corner clipped and is also in very good, new looking condition. . Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
