1956. Norman, University of Oklahoma, USA. 1956. First edition. Hardback with DW. Presentation copy from the author "For Prof Cila Campbell with pleasant memories of the Ann Arber meeting. John E Caswell" to the front free end paper. There is also an owner's address stamp to the same page and also to the rear free end paper. Wrapper is price clipped and chipped with some damage to the spine. Inner front board slightly damaged. edges and pages browned.
