Originally pub. as in vol. 6 of the North Dakota Historical Collections in 1920. This is a facsimile reprint. Cloth bound hardcover book in fine cond. Gold-foil stamping to the front cover & spine. On the upper left hand corner of the front attached endpaper it appears that a small mailing label was removed.
