Arizona State Fair. While most of the item are based upon the agricultural prizes, Section H deals with the Fine Arts. Here are listed paintings purchased (Carl Oscar Borg, Maynard Dixon, Lon Megargee, and Edgar Alwin Payne) by Mrs. Dwight B. Heard and other women who were the movers and shakers of the Western art purchasers in Phoenix.. Staple bound in paper wraps lttered and decorated in red, minor light toning to edges. Near fine.
