Gerard Formerly American Ambassador to Germany and Preface by Leon Dominian." Dark blue cloth over hard covers with gilt lettering and illustrationon front cover and spine. Edges and spine somewhat darkened. One white stain on front cover, back cover heavily mottled and has what appears to be some white paint specks. Top/bottom spine edges and corners bumped. Some foxing on front endpapers, frontispiece map of Armenia and title page, and a bit of foxing at edges of some plates, rest of pages very clean, binding strong. Includes many b&w photo plates.
