The binding is lightly soiled with small stains & spotting to the spine. The wraps are chipped & creased around the edges & the bottom corner of the front wrap is creased. The tail of the spine is torn. vi & 409 pages plus colophon, unopened. The title page is lightly chipped & some page edges are darkened. Numerous black-and-white illustrations & 4 color plates. The contents are very good. <p>The text is in Portuguese.
