Former library book. xvi, 417 pp,, plus 16 unnumbered leaves of b/w photos at end. Pages are completely clean, unmarked, undamaged except for typical library treatments, which are confined to the front end paper and blank page at the beginning, and top of textblock. Boards covered in orange paper, black fabric on spine with gold titling. Some shelfwear along bottom edges and top right corner of front cover, otherwise free of wear. Dust jacket has tiny tear in top edge of back cover, some chipping on bottom edge of front cover, bumping at top/tail of spine.
