Boston: The Museum of Fine Arts, 1978. Hardcover. Near fine/Very good+. Gilt stamped brown cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, illustrated in color and b&w. Book has mild wear to spine ends and corners, binding tight, text clean and unmarked. DJ has mild toning and rubbing, a couple small tears to bottom edges.
