New York: Dodd, Mead, and Company, 1905. Hardcover. Good. Two volume set. 34 x 24.5 cm. Folio. 600pp, 760pp. Bound in red cloth. Extensively illustrated with plates, figures of photographs, drawings, and diagrams. Staining and fraying to the covers and spines. Damp stain in volume 1 going from the first page of text to page 14, it does not reach the text. Similar stain to the top of pages 554-600, and to pages 728-760 in volume 2.
