Benziger believes it is better to operate in harmony with your natural brain dominance(s) or type. Benziger links falsification of type (operating primarily outside of one's type preferences) to fatigue, illness and depression, among some symptoms. A few pages had their tips bent. There is a Self-Assessment section and the previous owner penciled in responses. These have been erased, but marks are faintly discernable. With the exception of the self-assessment section (pg 11 to 17 and pg 269 where 5 scores were recorded in pencil and in pen in very tiny script) the pages are clean. Binding is tight.
