Five pages of photogravures (with the sixth page of photogravures having been removed), followed by two pages of text, all printed on recto only. Gilt stamped lettering on dark purple, reptilian-like textured covers. Part 10 ONLY of 12 parts. Includes photogravures of Melan Arch Bridge, Topeka; Plymouth Congregational Church and New Central School, Lawrence; North from Capitol Dome, Topeka; First M. E. Church, Lawrence; River Scene, Topeka; Independence High School. MISSING the Sixth Plate page. Covers show scattered, edge wear. Small moisture stain on edge of rear cover and last leaf of text. Text and images remains good.
