About This Item

Charles Scribner's Sons, 1960. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. A very good copy of the first American edition in original red cloth stamped in git and black, in a good examle of the original jacket (light wear to cloth; jacket has tears, chips and wear to edges). 181pp See Freitag #7823 (cites the UK edition). Notable for the tipped-in color plates, and the checklist by Bertram Rota. Over 100 color & b/w illustrations.
