Contains 67 color plates and 211 halftone illustrations, Glossary, Bibliography and Index. End papers are reddish tan with bookseller sticker to FFEP at lower gutter but no other marks. Binding has nick to lower edge of front cover but no other signs of wear. Uncut DJ, now in Brodart, has light rubbing. Digital photos available. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 324 pages .
