Period of Human History, series in 8 volumes, Period V. 394pp with index, illustrated with 3 black and white and 2 fold-out colour maps and 4 genealogical tables. Gilt lettering to spine. Fore-edges untrimmed. Bumping and rubbing to spine and corners, some fraying and small split at top of backstrip, tear to cloth on back board and discolouration to cloth on edges of boards and both hinges cracking, otherwise good copy with no inscriptions.
