This book tells the tense and often nightmarish story of the 2 attempts to assassinate Trotsky in the summer of 1940, the 2nd of which were successful. Rubbing of the book edges and panels with sunning of the back strip and rear panel. Tanning of the text block edges with a hand edge of the pages. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
