Moderate wear to corners, binding sound. Pastedowns splitting at gutters but hinges not affected. Endpapers lightly foxed, contents age-toned. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED by the author : " Rufus Park Esq with the regards of the Author Oct.23, 1862". "By Rev W. Frothingham" written with a flourish below sub-title.
