This issue contains "An American Battlefield, From the Marne to the Vesle" by Raoul Blanchard, included loosly with the magazine is a related personal account of this mid-July 1918 battle in a 4 page carbon copy of a typescript, at the end there is a note in pencil "The above was written by Capt. Stephen Mann who was wounded in battle on July 15 1918. W.E.M. (William E. Mann)". Condition is Very Good; written on front cover "Keep! See page 818" otherwise very clean.
