cat40a. NY: Broadway, (1910). First edition. Green pictorial cloth, spine and front cover designed and lettered in dark green. Ownership inscription on front fly leaf dated 1911, some old stains, wear and rubbing to front cover, a few pages opened carelessly, very good otherwise. Smith: American Fiction 1901-1925: V-122. A curious novel touching on spiritualism, religion and philosophy, and with a significant component of telepathy and telepathic communication. Very scarce.
