Brown stiffened card with gilt-stamped spine title; white-stamped cover title within a gilt-stamped oval illustration. Top page edges brown. Brown endpapers. The poems are taken from the author's Kampf und Spiele, Kämpfe und Ziele, Nebel und Sonne, and Bunte Beute. Small Art Moderne bookplate of Titia Gorter on front fixed endpaper. This was possibly the Dutch biographer Titia Gorter (1854-1949). In Very Good+ Condition: ends of spine rubbed; clean and bright.
