New York: Time-Life Books. Very Good+. 1980. Reprint. Hardcover. 0809435810 . This is a facsimilie reprint of the original 1882 edtion. Printed in two versions, this is the Deluxe Edition issued in real leather with gilt edges and an sewn in ribbon bookmark. The covers are brown leather with gilt spine and cover lettering (the Standard Edtion has faux leather covers with white edges). This copy has the original Classics of the Old West bookplate affixed to the front end paper, but no owner name has been inscribed. There is a slight dent on the rear cover, else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. Ref: Adams, Six Guns 807 for the rare first edition. ; Classics of the Old West Series; B&W Illustrations; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 137 pages .
