Balmoral Castle [1891]. 2 pp. 7 x 4 inches, black borders, fine, with the integral blank leaf. Queen Victoria (reigned 1837-1901). The Queen likes this the best. ... She wishes 50 ordered. The inscription to be: The Queen, Empress of India 1891, & the name of the Artist - H. von Angeli on one side close under the Engraving & of the person who did the Photogravure on the other. The inscription shd. not be too pale. Sometimes they make it too pale & illegible almost. Heinrich von Angeli (1840-1925), artist.
