About This Item
New York, NY.: The Macmillan Company. Very Good. 1924. First Edition. Hardback in dust jacket. This book is hard-bound in black cloth with gilt stamping on the upper cover and spine, in a dust jacket with light soiling and light edge-wear. There is some faint speckling on the upper cover, and light bumping to the corners. The front hinge is cracked, but with the binding solid otherwise. The contents are bright and clean. --- From the American First Editions collection of Donald C. Scriven (1948-2019). Don relished points of issue and the primacy of the dust jacket but above all he loved the literature! .
