About This Item

Collectible First Edition French Trade Paperback. Clean 169 pp. English translation of Carolingian of Aymeri of Narbonne. There is a controversial belief that Aymeri was Machir a Jewish descendant of King David living in Babylon who Charlemagne or Peppin brought to Narbonne to drive out Arabs together with Visigoths from Narbonne and started a Hebrew princely line. It has some support from Wolfram's "William" who wrote Parzival. This is a epic of the same man as a Christian. True or not there was the a line of King David in Babylon at this time. Three Geese in Flight Celtic and Medieval epic since 1977
