Handsomely bound by Birdsall for Charles Scribner's Sons, in three quarter deep royal blue morocco leather over blue buckram cloth, gilt lettering and ruling, raised spine bands, top edge gilt, 7.25" tall, 564 pages. About fine with firm binding, personal bookplate on front pastedown, pages very clean and unmarked.. First Thin Paper Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
