Vantage. First edition. Hardback. Very good in a lightly worn dust wrapper that has some short tears on the edges. There's a manufacturing scrape mark on the front end papers.... Signed by the author. Women's studies from a retired USMC pilot. It's inscribed to "Gladys and Thelma." A note in pencil from Gladys says that they met the author at the pool of the condo where they were staying. Rankin also wrote "The Man Who Rode the Thunder," his story of bailing out of his fighter at 40,000 ft.
