Illustrated by Hugh Thomson with 26 plates on Japan vellum and 24 vignettes on hand-mounted India paper. Bound in quarter dark blue morocco over marbled boards, t.e.g., the spine in six panels with gilt titles and floral ornaments with decorated bands. This large paper edition was sold out before publication.
