Three mounted color illustrations with acetated guards by Bill Komodore. Copy #72 of 350 numbered copies (of a total edition of 376) SIGNED by the author and the illustrator on the colophon page. Laid in is the printed musical score by Alexei Haieff. The book is dedicated to William Meredith, and this is Meredith's copy though there is no sign of ownership in it.
