About This Item
New York: Crosby Gaige, 1928. Hardcover. First Edition. Limited to 831 signed and numbered copies. This being No. 652 and signed by Cabell at the preface. 6.25 x 9.5in. 41pp. Publisher's quarter cloth over gilt decorated paper-covered boards. VERY GOOD. Shows marginal shelf rubbing of the extremities, a miniature vintage bookseller label at the front paste-down, former owner name neatly at the endpaper, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text remains clean and unmarked, and the boards are bright and distinct. As pictured.
