London: Cassell, 1958. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/good +. First impression. Pp ix + 228 + 16pp b&w photographs. Blue cloth boards stamped in silver on the spine. An ex-library copy with most of the front free endpaper neatly excised. The binding is tight and the cloth is clean. The price-clipped dust jacket is rubbed at the edges and chipped at the top of the front panel.
