Botanical artist Philippa Nikulinsky lyrically describes and illustrates the growth and seed-dispersal of this curious plant of Western Australia, the Firewood or Menzie's Banksia. Colour illustrations throughout. Signed by Nikulinsky at title page. Also included is a detailed 18-page magazine feature, 'Wild Flowers of Western Australia', all about Nikulinsky's botanical studies, with colour photos. Book as-new. FINE
