Original publisher's morocco-backed green papers board, lettered in gilt to spines. Lightly rubbed, spines dulled. Internally clean and crisp. A transcript of George Bannatyne's (1545-1607/8) influential manuscript anthology of Scottish poetry (1568), issued by the Scottish Text Society, edited by William Tod Ritchie, Rector of Hutcheson's Grammar School, Glasgow. . 8vo.
