Vintage Hardback Cloth Cover Book with Dust Jacket and Author Letter is in Very Good or better condition with a tight binding and clean crisp pages. Inside text is in Excellent condition and appears unread. No writing or markings in the book. Outside cloth covers are nice with some minor corner wear. Dust Jacket is nice with some minor soiling primarily to the back cover and some minor edge chipping primarily at the top and bottom of the outside spine with some small missing pieces. Some creasing to the DJ front cover. Dust Jacket is covered by a new clear mylar cover. This book also includes the Author Letter that was addressed to "Dear Young Reader" and was provided to members of the "Young Readers of America" club. This letter has been stapled with two staples at the top of the first end page. Letter shows some minor creasing to the bottom edge and top left hand corner.
