Signed 'Stock Certificate' serves as the lmitation page for the book. It was originally affixed to the green felt, but has come loose over time (not sure why the publisher thought a sticker would stick to felt, but maybe they intended it to come off - not sure).

Book is fine except for a small brown spot on the top rear page edges (see pictures). The book itself was stored sealed from the publisher, but the plastic wrapping became brittle and cracked near the top edges of the pages and some sort of dust got in and caused the spot. I removed the plastic to verify the condition of the rest of the book. Other than this small spot, the book is perfect.

Book was issued in a black clamshell case lined with green felt. lower half of the clamshell, used to store the book, is lined with shredded fake 100 dollar bills (pretty cool). The case is fine except that the upper half of the case has become detached from the backing board. The glue used to affix this to the case became dry and hard and just lost its hold. Apparetnly is is somewhat common with this book/case.
