About This Item
London: John Lane / the Bodley Head, 1896. Book. Very Good (Book condition). Hardcover. First Edition. Olive-green cloth boards with gilt decoration. A nice copy. Corners blunted, darkening to spine, front hinge starting but binding still very solid, owner's name on title-page, and faint 2" moisture-stain to pages, radiating from crown of spine. Still, a decent copy overall. Text clean, binding strong. [Our rating system: 1. Fine; 2. Near Fine; 3. Very Good; 4. Good; 5. Fair.].
