About This Item
Jonathan Cape, 1926. 2nd Edition. Hardcover. Poor/No Jacket. 288 pages (complete). Second impression of first edition (printers: Butler & Tanner, Frome). An inconsiderately stored book. The cover is heroic. There is wear, storage buckling, cracks along the spine seams and stains. The covers despite this neglect, are firm, secure and resolute. The guttering along the inside front cover is cracked. But, the security of the book is unaffected. Inside, there is some age tanning to some pages. Some pages also have foxing. Some pages have creases. Some have handling marks. Otherwise the pages are serene, sure, tight and certain. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
