No place: Franco-American Novelty Co., 1960.. Issued in both a male and female version, this male version features a plastic bag with cardboard header featuring an illustration of two beatniks with the quotes: "I Dig This Outfit!" and "Man This is Cool!" The contents include an "authentic French Beret," a cigarette holder, beatnik glasses, and a beard and mustache. "Fool Your Friends Be a Beatnik!!" This is the most elaborate of the beatnik costume items from the period.
