About This Item
Longmans, Green & Co, London. 1945. 1st. edn. Hardback in price-clipped d/w. 8vo. pp197 incl. index. Orig. indigo dyed linen, bright gilt to bumped spine, neat inscr. to fep. Top edges a bit dusty but overall VG+ beautifully, one may even say lovingly, produced book. The dustwrapper has done its job but has sacrificed itself in so doing! Abraded to spine edge & front panel. Chipping to head & tail of spine with closed tear to tail, rprd & stabilised with brown paper tape. I doubt anyone will read this far down the list as I seem to value this book more than the rest!
