Top edge gilt, rest uncut; full mottled calf binding, gilt triple fillets and rosette corners, raised bands and gilt decorations in compartments, turn-ins with gilt decorative scrolls, marbled end papers. Front cover detached cleanly but present, back hinge cracked, interiors pristine.
