About This Item
Oxford: Spring Hill Books, 2011. 1st ed.. Paperback large octavo, very good condition, colour photos (many full-page), minor edgewear. 269 pp. This wonderful book is a response to requests from individuals who want to know how we can help the declining bee population. The book offers suggestions on how to plant a bee-friendly garden, followed by a season-by-season account of what bee-friendly plants are in flower and when, and what jobs the gardener can be doing during these times to help bees thrive. The book has the English seasons, however, many of the plants are grown in other parts of the world.
