About This Item
Halifax: Nimbus Publishing Limited, 2005 Book. Illus. by B/W Photos, Cartoons. Very Good Minus. Trade Paperback. First Edition. 6 x 9 Inches. Original trade paperback. Slight creasing at bottom edge of front cover. No writing. In the summer of 2004, a truckload of 50,000 cans of beer destined for Mexico disappeared in New Brunswick, along with the truck driver. The result was an unexpected increase in sales for Moosehead because of all the media coverage the case received. The RCMP got their man (the not-so-bright driver, Wade Haines) and he was sentenced to 19.5 months in jail in Dorchester. .
