Shaw's sequel to his bestselling "Rich Man, Poor Man," continuing the story of the younger Jordach generation in both Europe and America. The Franklin Library's Limited Edition, issued in dark blue full leather, gilt decoration and lettering on the spine and covers, three raised bands on the spine. 441 pages on archival-grade paper, all text edges gilded, blue moire silk pastedowns and blue silk bookmark sewn-in. With illustrations by Mark Bellerose, this edition contains a "Special Message" from the author to the Library's First Edition Society. A pair of almost unnoticeable indents on the spine and a single scratch on the upper half of the text's foredge, o/w boards and text of this limited edition are clean and unmarked, tight and square, no tears, no chipping or creasing. Collectable.
