Brooklyn, N.Y: Published by author, [1905]. First Edition, lacking printing statement verso of title page. HB. Maroon cloth, gilt lettering on front cover, 12mo, 71 pp., all edges of text block gilt. Account by this Lutheran theologian and pastor from Brooklyn of his trip to Germany for the dedication of the Berlin Cathedral (Evangelical (i.e. Protestant) Supreme Parish and Collegiate Church) on February 27, 1905. Frontis photograph of the Berlin Cathedral, full page plates of the royal family and the author within text. No marks in book, binding tight. Covers show very light edge wear. An uncommon title offering an insight into pre-World War I Imperial Germany. Book condition VG+. Text in German.
