Includes poems by Joaquin Miller, Robinson Jeffers, George Sterling, Helen Hunt Jackson and others.. A prospectus for the upscale development , as well as a history of the area. Elegantly designed front board with elaborate gold and black design on deep tan background and light tan border and spine. Several beautiful tipped in maps and color plates leaving neat offsets on the text opposite. SLIGHT WEAR TO BOARD EDGES, FOXING TO ENDPAPERS (BUT NOT TEXT), OTHERWISE A FINE, CLEAN COPY HOUSED IN A FINE BLACK CLOTH COVERED SLIPCASE. Scarce, especially with the slipcase.
