This collection was published after Harte left California, eventually settling in London. --- In burgundy cloth-covered boards with cover titling & decorations in black; spine titling in gilt and green endpapers; faded dark topstain. --- With prior owner's bookplate affixed to front paste-down, penciled notation to title page and lightly chafed cover extremities; else a tightly-bound, sound copy.; 16mo - 6 to 7 in. tall; 334 pages .
