Good+ (heavy foxing to quarter cloth & spine; spine sunned/tanned. light scuffs & few spots of foxing to white, illustrated section of board. spotted foxing to upper textblock edge. tanning/foxing to hinge gutters. spotted foxing to opening pgs. slipcase scuffed & scratched). black & white illustrated board w/ quarter cloth yellow spine. 139 pp. 8 color, over 92 bw repros. w/ original print. black slipcase. Original print has small tanned/fox rub to upper edge, otherwise, appears clean. Gutter of pages 70/71 has dark tanning/foxing. Pages bright and appear of free of foxing, but, may have errant speck or spot. Exterior boards a little rough from foxing, but interior is bright. Original print is on handmade Umbria print. Colophon is signed by both Ben Shahn and James Thrall Soby. Limited to 250 Copies, this being 192.
