W. Morrow, 1979. First edition. Hardcover. near fine/near fine. Quarto. (12" x 9") With 212 illustrations. SIGNED and inscribed on front free endpaper by Benny Goodman. Loosely laid in are two sheets. A typed letterhead from William Morrow and Co. to bookseller enclosing this signed copy to her for her collection. The second sheet is an Itinerary for Benny Goodman from 1979.. A very nice copy in dust jacket. Jacket in a brodart protective wrapper.
