DJ has light shelf-wear present to the DJ extremities. Bound in cloth boards with titles present to the spine and front board. Boards have light shelf-wear present to the extremities. No ownership marks present. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid. Though best known for his fine novels, Irish writer O'Brien also wrote under the name Myles na Gopaleen a newspaper column in the Irish Times called "Cruiskeen Lawn" for more than 30 years. This 1968 volume collects the best of those pieces. O'Brien leans on many Irish cliches (poverty, boozing, etc. ) but uses them often with great humor. EB; 8.9 X 6.3 X 1.3 inches; 400 pages .
