Hardcover, bound in blue cloth titled in gilt on the spine, laid into a pictorial yellow, red, black & white dust wrapper. The book's covers are slightly rubbed and the bottom edge of the front cover is bumped. The dust jacket is lightly stained with creases and minor chipping to the edges. xvi & 894 pages. Very good.
