Raleigh: Edwards & Broughton, and E. M. Uzzell, State Printers, 1901. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Fair. 8vo. 92 pages. Hardcover bound in black cloth. The binding is worn but sound. Pale spotting and heavy rubbing at the top quarter of the front cover and around the perimeter of the rear cover. Some small holes in the cloth on the rear cover along the spine. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. Text is lightly toned but clean. Robert D. Douglas was the N.C. Attorney General from 1900 to 1901. He was the grandson of Stephen A. Douglas.
