Illustrated with large section of photographs, 371 pages plus index. Clean copy, square binding with sharp corners, solid hinges. Dust jacket price of $7.50 intact. Brief gift inscription on the front endpaper. Dust jacket has one short edge tear, no chips, lightly rubbed at edges, someone at an earlier date has placed a piece of clear tape at head of spine on outside of dj, otherwise the dust jacket is very attractive and rarely found so nicely preserved.
